How Does ISO Certification Work:

A third-party certification confirms a company's credibility to deliver quality and consistent products. A company's certification shows that it complies with one or more globally recognized ISO management standards. 

These requirements include having processes and procedures that personnel follow and carry out that are clearly defined and periodically evaluated.

How long does it take to become ISO certified:

From implementation to registration, ISO certification is a multi-step process that typically takes six months to a year.

Businesses must implement certain procedures and processes in accordance with the standard they select for this certification, and they must permit specific systems to be established and operational for a predetermined period of time. 

Once the initial audit is complete, the company will receive a certification that will remain valid for three years if the appropriate audits are performed yearly (12 and 24-month surveillance)
