The external audit is a formal, impartial assessment of your company's processes and frameworks conducted by a third-party organization, or an assigned team from outside the company. 

The body must be approved and diagnosed in order to do certain audits. Here, providing reassurance to the organization's stakeholders or highlighting noteworthy occurrences about your company performance is the primary goal.

Your employer exhibits effective performance, no hazards in any areas or processes, and conformity with standards, if any, when it passes an external audit.

Therefore, showcasing your company's entire performance or compliance record to the public is the primary goal of executing an outside audit. 

The essential tasks for conducting an exterior audit are almost the same as those for conducting an internal audit. Early planning is necessary for an external audit, though, because your employer's staff wants to be well-organized and should be able to work with the external auditors.
